I am a firm believer in small bets.
And nowadays, I am all in for small bets like Programmatic SEO OS.
Can you imagine building a massive info product with 500+ manually curated resources and ideas, 10,000+ words of text, and more than 5 hours of recorded video tutorials in just 18 days?
I could have easily been trapped in the endless procrastination loop before launching the OS. But glad that Deepak and I set a deadline and met the deadline on time, no matter how much effort it needed.
If you’re wondering, here’s the complete story.
On December 18th, 2022, Deepak and I were talking about doing a small fun project that doesn’t take a lot of our time. Within 1–2 days, we finalized that we will be creating the “Programmatic SEO OS” and launching it on Jan 5th, 2023 – in just 18 days.
It was a challenging commitment as we both had to work for more than 10 hours every day for 18 straight days, but we stick to it. I took on all the resource collection and organization parts, and Deepak took on the writing and video-making parts.
And it makes me so happy that we didn’t give up.
I remember that our only goal was to make at least $1000 from the OS that we were about to launch. But at the time of writing this, we have already made more than $5000 from this.
We are getting some great feedback from our customers as well.
In the future, I will be experimenting with several small and low-cost projects that I can gather valuable feedback from. And if I get good results, I can double down and turn them into more ambitious projects.
